In 1993 I met my first rottweiler. It was love at first sight... Beauty, brains, loyalty and an incredible sense of humor. The perfect breed for me! In the years that have followed, my unwaivering love for this breed has taken me to many places, introduced me to many friends, and brought an amazing joy to my life. In addition to rottweilers, I have also owned and shown a basenji, and the newest member of my family, a miniature poodle!
Roger Caras said it best:
"Dogs are not our whole lives,
but they make our lives whole."
Within a very small Code of Ethics breeding program, I have been fortunate to have bred AKC Champions, AKC Obedience Titled, AKC Tracking Titled, 4-H Grand Champion, Herding Instinct Certified, and Therapy Certified dogs. But none of this is more important than the ability of my puppies to live with and love their families. To the families: Thank you for loving my dogs, and accepting their complete and unconditional love in return.

In 2011, I was approved by the American Kennel Club to judge Rottweilers and All-Breed Junior Showmanship. It is my goal to eventually judge all Working, Terrier and Hound breeds... but this will be a long journey!
